Jennifer Ryan is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist. Having trained as a board-certified practitioner, 80% of her education took place in the field meaning she has unparalleled hands-on experience with patients.
Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has earned NCCAOM certification (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
Jennifer grew up in Vermont in a small town of just 600 people. She believes her affinity with nature and love of the mountains was inspired by playing outside and connecting with the outdoors when she was a little girl.
Many years ago, Jennifer's brother passed away suddenly. This was a pivotal moment in her life. She began to look at Eastern philosophy and religious practices, and also studied psychology, art history, and yoga.
The combination of her studies, and a keen interest in the fusion of Eastern and Western medicine, led to her deciding to train as an acupuncturist.
Many of Jennifer’s patients come to see her for stress and pain relief. She focuses on acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine, and also specializes in a unique approach to microneedling.

“My aim is to help them improve their quality of life. This in turn brightens the ‘shen,’ which means they have improved vitality and appreciation of life."
